Photographs  Within each city, dorm rooms become businesses. Their doors usually reflect their interests. These delegates are apparently musically oriented.  Along with various businesses, Allen City appointed one dorm room to be their City School Board.  Supplies are furnished to decorate their businesses. Each business must pay property tax and sales tax to their respective counties.  City citizens take a moment during government functioning to pose for our photographer.  As the 59th session of Buckeye Girls State comes to a close, 866 delegates from the 88 counties within Ohio have truly made memories and friendships to last their lifetime.  The K-9 dogs from the Ashland County Sheriff’s Department are put to work at BGS to demonstrate their ability to sniff out any drug problems.  The County Sheriffs were treated to a K-9 demonstration by the Ashland County Sheriff's Office.  The County Sheriffs listen intently as an Ashland Sheriff explains the use of the K-9 dogs.  The President of the Senate opens the closing session.  Resolution #1 is read by the Senate.  An Akron delegate receives nomination for the U.S. Senate Youth Program.  This delegate is a national finalist for the Samsung award.  This is one of the two delegates chosen to attend Girls Nation in Washington, D.C.  Retirement of Colors accompanied by bagpipes at the conclusion of the 59th session of BGS.
